Develop comprehensive plans that define scope, schedule, resource needs, budget, risk mitigation, and communication strategies for information technology projects and communicate those to implementation teams of various backgrounds to integrate
Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment across technical, operational, and client-facing roles for analytic efforts and government audit
Monitor and track progress using project management tools
Manage and report on project budgets, timelines, milestones, and contractual deliverables
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and end users
Deliver project status reports and updates, including analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans
Ensure all project activities comply with organizational policies, industry best practices, and applicable regulations
Conduct post-project evaluations, lessons learned sessions and contribute to organizational knowledge and continuous improvement efforts
Support customer audits and audit reporting to external independent public auditors regarding system and organization controls.

Requirements

TS Security Clearance
Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of experience
Broad experience working with DOD enterprise data, data analytics and supporting systems
Demonstrated experience in program management, including managing multiple projects across functional domains
Strong proficiency in project planning, resource management, risk management, and budget oversight
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and interface with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Experience overseeing program implementation, tracking progress toward goals, and managing within scope, schedule, and budget
Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement
Ability to manage program evaluations and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Working knowledge of change management strategies and techniques.
