About the role
- support the Energy Management and Compliance (EMC) Program for the FAA
- benchmark, monitor and analyze water and energy usage of various FAA facilities
- develop recommendations for projects that will reduce energy and water usage and cost in support of the EMC Program's mission
- support compliance measures and projects stemming from a variety of agency and federal energy mandates like EISA energy and water evaluation compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4 to 8 years of related work experience
- knowledge and experience with reviewing utility billing histories from baselining facility energy consumption
- knowledge and experience with conducting energy and water evaluations for FAA Facilities
- ability to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders (written and verbal)
- ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
- technical writing for compiling reports
- proficiency in MS Office applications for analysis, documentation and presentations
- LEED Certification or any other Energy related certification (preferred)
