💰 $73,450 - $132,775 per year

About the role

  • support the Energy Management and Compliance (EMC) Program for the FAA
  • benchmark, monitor and analyze water and energy usage of various FAA facilities
  • develop recommendations for projects that will reduce energy and water usage and cost in support of the EMC Program's mission
  • support compliance measures and projects stemming from a variety of agency and federal energy mandates like EISA energy and water evaluation compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4 to 8 years of related work experience
  • knowledge and experience with reviewing utility billing histories from baselining facility energy consumption
  • knowledge and experience with conducting energy and water evaluations for FAA Facilities
  • ability to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders (written and verbal)
  • ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
  • technical writing for compiling reports
  • proficiency in MS Office applications for analysis, documentation and presentations
  • LEED Certification or any other Energy related certification (preferred)
