About the role
- Apply automated testing methodologies and AI/ML techniques to enhance Air Traffic Control modernization initiatives
- Design, develop, and sustain automated test frameworks
- Implement AI tools to enhance test automation
- Collaborate with development teams to verify testable requirements
- Conduct root cause analysis and defect resolution
- Execute integration testing using containerized or virtualized environments
- Develop performance metrics and test documentation in accordance with FAA standards
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in automated testing and test framework development
- Strong understanding of AI/ML test methodologies
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent analytical and technical documentation skills
- Working knowledge of AI/ML model evaluation and data-driven testing
