About the role

  • Develop comprehensive plans that define scope, schedule, resource needs, budget, risk mitigation, and communication strategies for information technology projects and communicate those to implementation teams of various backgrounds to integrate
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment across technical, operational, and client-facing roles for analytic efforts and government audit
  • Monitor and track progress using project management tools
  • Manage and report on project budgets, timelines, milestones, and contractual deliverables
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and end users
  • Deliver project status reports and updates, including analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans
  • Ensure all project activities comply with organizational policies, industry best practices, and applicable regulations
  • Conduct post-project evaluations, lessons learned sessions and contribute to organizational knowledge and continuous improvement efforts
  • Support customer audits and audit reporting to external independent public auditors regarding system and organization controls.

Requirements

  • TS Security Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience
  • Broad experience working with DOW financial management data and supporting systems
  • Demonstrated experience in program management, managing multiple projects across functional domains
  • Strong proficiency in project planning, resource management, risk management, and budget oversight
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and interface with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Experience overseeing program implementation, tracking progress toward goals, and managing within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to manage program evaluations and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Working knowledge of change management strategies and techniques.
