About the role
- Lead Solution Architecture for a range of projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
- Design and document architectures for complex systems, covering infrastructure, applications, and integration layers.
- Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams, guiding engineers and stakeholders through investigations, design and delivery phases.
- Engage with stakeholders to define future capabilities, assess requirements, and influence technical roadmaps.
- Support proposals and estimates, contributing architecture input for ROMs, BOEs, and technical evaluations.
Requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen and hold an active NV-2 AGSVA security clearance.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathise and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead continuous improvement efforts.
- Knowledge of Service Delivery and IT Service Management functions, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, CSI, and Quality Assurance practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently in a professional setting, and assist in conflict resolution.
- Proven experience in delivering quality client service, maintaining productive internal and external relationships, and familiarity with ITIL V3 or V4 Certification and Service Management tools.
