About the role
- Build and lead a high-performing, services-based team focused on platform configuration, integration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive a cohesive enterprise roadmap that balances modernization, innovation, and cost efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, configuration, and integration of key SaaS and COTS platforms, including Workday, Costpoint, Ivalua, digital manufacturing tools, and other enterprise solutions.
- Maintain and optimize a clear, user-centric service catalog for our software backpack that enhances productivity for global employees.
- Oversee vendor and technology partner relationships, negotiate roadmaps, and guide annual planning and budgeting.
- Drive continuous improvements in project delivery, with emphasis on quality, performance, and user experience.
- Establish metrics, KPIs, and governance that improve productivity, cost efficiency, and strategic alignment.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology related field and 12+ years of experience in IT management;
- Master's and 10+ years of experience or additional years of relevant experience, training, and/or professional certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 6+ years of experience leading teams or IT projects with demonstrated competency in the full range of stakeholder management.
- Demonstrable experience leading geographically-dispersed technical teams through large scale organizational change.
- Demonstrable experience developing and executing a strategic vision through to deliver capabilities to an enterprise.
- Technical expertise in at least one of the following domains: Costpoint, Workday, SaaS integrations/configurations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience managing enterprise grade SaaS and COTS software solutions (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, ERP systems, etc.).
- Experience with successfully managing P&L responsibilities.
