About the role
- Support Project Managers (PMs) and Construction Managers (CMs) teams in planning & execution of complex projects in Antarctica
- Develop procedures, processes, performance measurement metrics
- Oversee planning and coordination of project work
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and leadership
Requirements
- BA degree with 4+ years of experience, or a Masters with 2+ years of experience
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings, technical specifications, and technical manuals
- A minimum of two years in commercial or industrial construction or engineering fields
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- A high level of competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, & SharePoint.
