About the role
- Develop Battle Management Command, Control, and Communications (BMC3) and related mission solutions applicable across defense and mission partner initiatives to achieve Combined/Joint All-Domain C2 objectives.
- Help transition a broad strategic vision through agile technology.
- Drive a successful partnership-based execution plan.
- Prioritize and execute both internal and customer funded efforts for the near, mid, and long term consistent with emerging Army domain constructs.
- Participate and contribute to strategy development, identify and update actions focused on alignment to strategy implementation.
- Develop modern, innovative solutions that drive and integrate capabilities ranging from Data Share, Mission System/Applications, continuous delivery and operational sustainment, and national security applications.
Requirements
- Master's degree with 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Bachelor's degree and 17+ of relevant experience.
- Proven experience working with or supporting U.S. Army organizations, or equivalent.
- Proven ability in a recent technical leadership role to move a strategic vision into an agile action plan with demonstrated business impact and success in fulfilling customer objectives.
- Proven ability to develop and mature strategy aligned to customer, corporate, and related missions.
- Proven ability to form industry and international partnerships that collectively address challenging customer missions and address diverse business objectives amongst the team.
- Demonstrated experience on classified command and control systems and working in classified environments.
- Experience leading the development of innovative solutions in support of major capture and proposal efforts, balancing these solutions against cost, schedule, function, quality, and other business considerations.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance and eligibility for Special Access Programs.
