About the role
- Develop, implement, and maintain technical quality assurance and control systems to prevent defects.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, contractual requirements, and corporate policies.
- Conduct independent audits to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to mature the enterprise.
- Manage and develop the quality engineering & control team, fostering an inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior QEC related experience, including 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
- Experience in ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI-SVC Industry Standards and Best Practices.
- US citizenship is required with an active Secret Clearance.
- Able to obtain and maintain credentials to access government installations.
- Proficient in utilizing MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
