  • Driving and supporting new and existing business opportunities for Power Delivery Solutions
  • Build, manage, and execute multiple client pursuit and capture strategies
  • Build, execute, and maintain a commercially viable sales funnel
  • Work with leadership to develop and execute strategies for positive margin growth

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of four (4) + years of experience
  • Two+ (2) years of prior electric utility experience
  • Experience at network development and expansion
  • Ability to operate successfully and lead in an environment with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated record of quickly processing new information to derive and implement an actionable growth strategy
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding assigned metrics
  • Proven track record of developing new and innovative approaches to markets and challenges
  • Ability to gather 'ground truth' and work within the organization to design and implement effective strategies
  • Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time
