- Driving and supporting new and existing business opportunities for Power Delivery Solutions
- Build, manage, and execute multiple client pursuit and capture strategies
- Build, execute, and maintain a commercially viable sales funnel
- Work with leadership to develop and execute strategies for positive margin growth
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of four (4) + years of experience
- Two+ (2) years of prior electric utility experience
- Experience at network development and expansion
- Ability to operate successfully and lead in an environment with competing priorities
- Demonstrated record of quickly processing new information to derive and implement an actionable growth strategy
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding assigned metrics
- Proven track record of developing new and innovative approaches to markets and challenges
- Ability to gather 'ground truth' and work within the organization to design and implement effective strategies
- Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time
