About the role
- Manage Windows desktops, laptops, and servers
- Automate user provisioning, software deployment, Group Policy enforcement, and system configurations using PowerShell
- Perform scheduled patching and re-imaging via SCCM
- Perform ACAS/Nessus automated application vulnerability scanning and configuration assessments
- Assess system compliance with DISA’s Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
- Manage and document system cybersecurity posture using eMASS
- Assist development of System Security Plans (SSP) and security policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Cybersecurity/Computer Science and up to 2 years of experience
- Active and current DoD Secret clearance
- Active CompTIA Certifications including A+ and Security+
- Some experience performing analysis of general cyber related technical problems
- Some technical knowledge in System Administration, computer applications, and security operations
- Knowledgeable in PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of Windows and Red Hat Linux environments
- Ability to develop cybersecurity documentation
