About the role
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive capture strategies
- Orchestrates all aspects of bid strategy
- Provide oversight of proposal development across all volumes
- Build high-performing capture teams and cultivate a culture of ethical winning
- Conduct comprehensive after-action reviews with all capture participants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with 13+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated leadership in developing, organizing, and executing significant capture activities
- Proven track record of successful capture management in the enterprise IT market
- History of leading and winning large, complex contracts
- Experience leading and collaborating with teams in virtual environments
- Strong technical writing and proposal development capabilities
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel to support customer visits and strategy workshops (up to 10% annually as required)
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
