- Designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive, enterprise-wide AI upskilling program

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Organizational Development, IT)
- 12+ years of experience in a training, learning and development, or change management role
- Proven experience designing and managing large-scale technical or corporate training programs
- Strong understanding of fundamental AI concepts and their business applications
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
