Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
  • Knowledge and competence reflecting current nursing practice
  • Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in patient care delivery
  • Successful completion of specialty-related additional orientation programs
  • Attainment and maintenance of unit-specific competencies
  • Basic computer skills
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
  • Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania, required upon hire
  • Ability to lift and carry 40–50 lbs.
  • Frequent to continuous standing and walking
  • Ability to perform role-specific activities including kneeling, bending, squatting, and CPR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
