About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate's degree with previous physician practice management experience is required.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in healthcare required.
- Supervisory experience directing other's work required.
- Ability to lead and coach staff while simultaneously functioning as member of a team.
- Excellent computer skills including electronic medical record (EMR) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, communication skills, and mature emotional intelligence.
- Demonstrated financial skills including budget, budget variance analysis, and action plans.
- Direct knowledge of practice management system or equivalent analytics software experience.
