About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversees operations within practices
- Provides leadership and supervision around practice operations
- Ensures patient access, financial performance, efficient operations, effective growth, colleague development, and optimal patient experience
- Maintains compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines as well as LVHN policies and training
- Communicates financial information and patient volume to relevant stakeholders
- Supports budget development processes and monitors expenses
- Monitors trends in patient experience and performs service recovery duties
- Supports high quality patient-centered care and implements quality initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate's degree with previous physician practice management experience required
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in healthcare required
- Supervisory experience directing other's work required
- Ability to lead and coach staff while simultaneously functioning as member of a team
- Ability to initiate, accept, and adapt to change
- Excellent computer skills including electronic medical record (EMR) and Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated strong leadership, communication skills, and mature emotional intelligence
- Demonstrated financial skills including budget, budget variance analysis, and action plans
- Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders to achieve goals
- Direct knowledge of practice management system or equivalent analytics software experience.
