About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports ERP or Corporate Applications through system configuration, testing, and reporting
- Works closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Participates in the full development lifecycle
- Configure ERP systems or corporate applications based on business requirements
- Develop and execute test plans for upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and upgrade support
- Analyze data and create reports to support operational and strategic decisions
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with functional teams and provide technical guidance on processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Sciences and Technology, Information Management, or related fields
- 4 years Progressive experience in Information Management or Information Technology
- 4 years Combination experience of Information Technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Corporate Applications and Healthcare
- ERP or Corporate Applications configuration and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork.
