About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversees operations within practices
Provides leadership and supervision around practice operations
Ensures patient access, financial performance, and optimal patient experience
Communicates financial information to direct reports and Administration
Assumes responsibility for financial performance and supports budget development processes
Monitors and responds to trends in patient experience
Maintains working knowledge of quality efforts within areas of responsibility
Facilitates performance management of all reports including hiring, counseling and discipline, performance evaluation, and training.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
2 years of relevant experience
Experience in healthcare required
Supervisory experience directing other's work required
Ability to lead and coach staff while simultaneously functioning as member of a team
Excellent computer skills including electronic medical record (EMR) and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong leadership, communication skills, and mature emotional intelligence.
Financial skills including budget, budget variance analysis, and action plans.
Knowledge of practice management system or equivalent analytics software experience.
