About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversees operations within practices
- Provides leadership and supervision around practice operations
- Ensures patient access, financial performance, and optimal patient experience
- Communicates financial information to direct reports and Administration
- Assumes responsibility for financial performance and supports budget development processes
- Monitors and responds to trends in patient experience
- Maintains working knowledge of quality efforts within areas of responsibility
- Facilitates performance management of all reports including hiring, counseling and discipline, performance evaluation, and training.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in healthcare required
- Supervisory experience directing other's work required
- Ability to lead and coach staff while simultaneously functioning as member of a team
- Excellent computer skills including electronic medical record (EMR) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and mature emotional intelligence.
- Financial skills including budget, budget variance analysis, and action plans.
- Knowledge of practice management system or equivalent analytics software experience.
