About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Transitions newly hired physicians and APCs into Lehigh Valley Physician Group
  • Generates and processes contracts for physicians, division chiefs, medical directors, and APCs
  • Supports practitioner status changes, terminations, compensation budgeting, and other related processes
  • Manages and processes Supplemental Long Term Disability program
  • Works with multiple offices to facilitate hiring, contracting, and onboarding
  • Manages provider onboarding tracking system
  • Assists in collecting required information and paperwork from new hires
  • Collaborates with compensation analysts to update and audit compensation database entries
  • Calculates and processes Supplemental Long Term Disability Premium Reimbursements
  • Develops strategies to improve the benefits tracking system

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or health-related
  • 5 years of experience in communication and service in a professional environment, working with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with Microsoft office products
  • Training on Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Lawson, IDX Web, Onbase, and Intellicred preferred
  • 3 years of experience in communication and service with a minimum of 750+ FTE physicians and APCs
  • 2 years experience navigating online physician and APC licensing and certification websites
