Key responsibilities & impact

Analyzes business operations/customer requests and implements process coordination with cross-functional teams.
Accomplishes business objectives by identifying and resolving data or processing problems while ensuring data integrity.
Produces reports/dashboards in order to manage and illustrate inventory trends.
Collects data from various internal and external sources to process business requirements of operational requests.
Collaborates with staff from other departments as necessary to collect and summarize data.
Identifies project requirements by interviewing customers; analyzing operations; determining project scope; documenting results.
Performs data analysis and fulfills reporting requests.
Analyzes work processes, feasibility of medium to large project requests.
Obtains quotes and creates necessary purchasing documentation as needed.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and develops/implements supporting workflows and documentation.
Updates database of all collected information to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Routinely reviews data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors to address them promptly.
Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree Information Sciences and Technology or Information Management related fields
Preferred work experience will be considered in lieu of degree
4 years Progressive experience in Information Technology with focus in technical fields similar to mathematics, analytics, computer science
Attention to detail and ability to assess business problems and develop feasible alternative solutions.
Ability to work well in a team environment and to be self-motivated and self-disciplined.
In depth knowledge of processes of assigned area(s) and applications.
Effectively deals with multiple and changing priorities.
Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision and/or direction.
Hardware/inventory management skills
