About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for clerical duties within the rehabilitation department
- Assists in transfers and stand by assistance of a licensed therapist
- Assists Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and/or Exercise Physiologists
- Transports patients to and from department or room via wheelchair or stretcher
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED
- Less than 1 year of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong word processing skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
