About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensures and/or provides patient care in accordance with professional licensure (PT, OT, SLP)
- Performs assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions that are consistent with the discipline's qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards
- Coordinates care, oversees staffing, and guides and mentors the rehabilitation team
- Directs and manages patient care
- Manages material, financial, and human resources within assigned area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- 3 years Clinical experience in professional field (PT, OT, SLP)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
- OT - Licensed Occupational Therapist - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire or PT - Licensed Physical Therapist - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire or SLP - Licensed Speech Language Pathologist - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
