About the role

  • Responsible and accountable as a member of the Network Supply Chain Management (SCM) team for coordination and execution of new projects.
  • Provides end to end supply chain services from planning/design stage to Go-Live.
  • Collaborates with SCM and Network colleagues as a key member of the management team.
  • Manages multiple priorities and projects while providing accurate, timely, and quality work.
  • Leads the team and delegates appropriately.
  • Provides periodic updates to the Core Team.
  • Acts as a liaison between clinical and non-clinical functions and the Supply Chain Core Team.
  • Responsible for the recruiting, selection and development of the Start-Up team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5 years or more years' experience in Hospital Supply Chain, project management, capital equipment planning, inventory control, operations, or other related field.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and medical supplies.
  • Must possess leadership skills, ability to work under stress, motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must delegate effectively.
