About the role
- Evaluates, plans, directs, and administers programs of Occupational Therapy (OT)
- Plans and conducts OT programs to restore function and prevent disability
- Develops and updates an appropriate plan of care in collaboration with patient and family
- Implements individualized treatment plan using skilled evidence-based therapy techniques
- Provides occupational therapy treatment based on patient needs assessment
- Performs reassessment when indicated and modify therapy plans accordingly
- Communicates patient progress and limitations to supervisors and team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Occupational Therapy
- Less than 1 year experience
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
- OT - Licensed Occupational Therapist - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques.
