About the role

  • Provides monthly financial performance review of campus activity to regional SLT.
  • Compiles projections and vets assumptions on initiatives or opportunities to grow the market utilizing various systems such as cost, budget and EPIC.
  • Reviews and performs market analysis to understand viability of opportunities and initiatives and evaluates plan performance to assess success.
  • Assess opportunities timely to provide action items in order to achieve or exceed budget including identify opportunities for efficiencies, lowering costs or increasing revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
  • 7 years Finance, Accounting and or Healthcare
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (preferred)
  • 7 years in Healthcare Finance (preferred)
  • CPA - Certified Public Accountant - State of Pennsylvania (preferred)
