About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

creating mechanical and electrical drawings of low and medium complexity using a 3D CAD system and associated BOM through an ERP system
drawing work supports Application Engineering, Marketing, and Sales
works closely with the Application Engineering team to provide customized solutions and products to key customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two-year technical degree, associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Drafting preferred, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 2 years of drafting experience.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Inventor or a similar CAD system.
Previous experience with UEC products is preferred.
Autodesk certification preferred.
Aptitude for electro-mechanical products and applications.
Ability to create 2D/3D models and assemblies in a CAD environment; Autodesk Mechanical preferred.
Mechanical aptitude: ability to work with personnel involved in assembly, manufacturing, and other production functions.
General electrical knowledge is a plus, including the ability to perform low- and medium-complexity wiring diagrams.
Revit/BIM modeling experience preferred.
