About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and deploy the Group's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion roadmap and lead the associated programs.
- Design initiatives to evolve managerial practices and promote an inclusive and responsible culture.
- Support countries and entities in implementing policies by engaging HR networks and local stakeholders.
- Integrate inclusion and social responsibility considerations into HR processes: recruitment, talent development, leadership, compensation and engagement.
- Use insights from employee listening mechanisms to guide action plans and transformation priorities.
- Contribute to the Group's social ESG commitments and the promotion of its actions (reporting, certifications/labels, communications).
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators related to inclusion, equity and engagement to measure the impact of initiatives.
- Stay informed on regulatory developments and best practices in inclusion and social responsibility.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have significant experience (minimum 8–10 years) in HR, Diversity & Inclusion, CSR or organizational transformation.
- You hold a degree from a business school, engineering school or a university program in HR, CSR or management.
- You have a strong commitment to inclusion, diversity and ESG topics.
- You have proven experience managing cross-functional projects in an international environment.
- You are comfortable with data analysis, HR metrics and performance management.
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
