Design and communicate comprehensive, end-to-end AI-enabled solutions that align with Legion’s platform capabilities and translate complex customer business requirements into scalable, agent-based architectures.
Support intricate solution design involving critical factors such as data integration, security protocols, and governance frameworks.
Apply practical, deep knowledge of generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agent-based systems to deliver value in enterprise use cases, including the definition of agent workflows, tool utilization, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
Serve as the technical and solution-oriented Subject Matter Expert (SME) in customer-facing discussions, providing solution framing and technical validation to support Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams on high-value AI opportunities.
Develop and maintain reusable solution artifacts, reference architectures, and standardized best practices to ensure consistency in the explanation, demonstration, and deployment of AI capabilities.

Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software, with demonstrable tenure in roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Pre-Sales, Platform/Systems Architecture, or AI-focused customer-facing positions.
Proven history of successful direct engagement with large enterprise clientele.
Candidates must possess hands-on experience in several of the following areas:
Designing and building applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-source models).
Developing agent-based systems, including tool/function calling, multi-step reasoning, and human-in-the-loop integration.
Practical expertise in prompt design, rigorous evaluation, and iteration processes.
Strong understanding of enterprise AI system considerations, including latency, cost optimization, reliability, security, data governance, and observability.
Strong command of API-driven and cloud-native architectures, with the ability to integrate AI systems seamlessly with existing enterprise platforms and data sources.
