Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in VIP management, CRM, retention, customer success, or player development within social casino, gaming, or iGaming
Strong understanding of player lifecycle management, segmentation, and relationship-building techniques
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative and service-oriented approach
Comfortable working with CRM tools and player analytics
Ability to balance commercial objectives with responsible gaming and sustainable player engagement
