About the role

- Work closely with VIP Account Managers to ensure seamless transitions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in VIP management, CRM, retention, customer success, or player development within social casino, gaming, or iGaming
- Strong understanding of player lifecycle management, segmentation, and relationship-building techniques
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative and service-oriented approach
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and player analytics
- Ability to balance commercial objectives with responsible gaming and sustainable player engagement
