About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, probation tracking, salary changes, and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR systems, trackers, records, and compliance documentation.
- Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding logistics.
- Assist with payroll preparation, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
- Help maintain HR policies, templates, processes, and operational workflows.
- Coordinate across multiple teams, stakeholders, entities, and time zones.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, company projects, workshops, and internal communication.
- Act as a reliable operational partner and second set of eyes to the HR Director.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in HR Administration, People Operations, HR Coordination, or similar HR support roles.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders and distributed teams.
- Experience or comfort working across multiple countries and time zones is highly advantageous.
- Occasional flexibility in working hours may be required to support operational needs across regions.
- Comfort using digital tools, HR systems (Talexio & Team Tailor in particular), and AI-assisted workflows is considered a plus.
- Experience within gaming, crypto, tech, startup, or scaling environments is advantageous.
