About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, probation tracking, salary changes, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR systems, trackers, records, and compliance documentation.
  • Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding logistics.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
  • Help maintain HR policies, templates, processes, and operational workflows.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams, stakeholders, entities, and time zones.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, company projects, workshops, and internal communication.
  • Act as a reliable operational partner and second set of eyes to the HR Director.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in HR Administration, People Operations, HR Coordination, or similar HR support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders and distributed teams.
  • Experience or comfort working across multiple countries and time zones is highly advantageous.
  • Occasional flexibility in working hours may be required to support operational needs across regions.
  • Comfort using digital tools, HR systems (Talexio & Team Tailor in particular), and AI-assisted workflows is considered a plus.
  • Experience within gaming, crypto, tech, startup, or scaling environments is advantageous.
