About the role

  • Lead the development of visual assets that drive measurable performance across paid media channels.
  • Focus exclusively on paid marketing creative designs, crafting visuals that convert and continually optimising based on data-driven insights.
  • Bridge the gap between creative design and performance marketing, ensuring every asset delivers results.
  • Lead the creative designs for campaigns across display, social, video, and emerging ad formats.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital, graphic or creative design roles, ideally within a Marketing team.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and motion design.
  • Understanding of CRO design principles, visual hierarchy, and ad psychology.
  • Strong familiarity with data-driven creative testing (A/B testing, creative performance analytics).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
