About the role
- Deliver performance across paid media, CRM, and acquisition funnels, aligning campaigns with Brand and Pillar goals.
- Drive membership and community growth with strategies that increase sign-ups, engagement, and lifetime value.
- Lead go-to-market and multi-channel campaign planning to support brand visibility and conversion.
- Develop and optimize partnership marketing strategies, working with Commercial, Product, and Content teams to drive revenue.
- Strengthen brand presence through awareness, thought leadership, and improved onsite engagement.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and performance tracking to maximize marketing ROI.
- Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing team while representing Marketing in leadership forums.
Requirements
- Proven success in multi-channel B2C marketing across acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Deep expertise in paid, CRM/lifecycle, partnership, product, and brand marketing, with strong SEO knowledge preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and optimize ROI.
- Excellent collaboration skills with experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication across diverse channels.
- Demonstrated leadership in building and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strategic thinker with industry experience in sports, betting/gaming, or affiliate marketing (preferred).
