About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support all community operations and activities to achieve goals
  • Perform administrative and organizational duties such as communicating with residents, collecting rent, bookkeeping, organizing community tours and coordinating with service team
  • Create exceptional experiences by responding promptly to inquiries and creating personalized follow-up by email, phone, text, or video
  • Establish a positive relationship with both internal and external customers
  • Encourage and help develop and/or oversee team members
  • Collect rents, deal with late payments, monitor/reduce delinquency
  • Assist with financial performance by looking for ways to maximize revenues and reduce expenses
  • Manage the leasing process from the first point of contact to move in
  • Attract new residents through advertising, recording video tours of all vacant units, conducting lease tours in person or virtually, and encouraging referrals
  • Oversee and manage all leads in the lead management system and follow up using Legend's best practices
  • Use market and competitor knowledge to lead leasing meetings
  • Prepare all sales administrative reports
  • Monitor service requests and communicate with service team and residents
  • Coordinate and participate in resident retention program and renewal process
  • Conduct outreach to local businesses
  • Organize and conduct resident events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Customer service or sales/marketing, supervisory experience and/or 2+ years of multi-family property management
  • Knowledge of applicable laws
  • Proficiency in RealPage, OneSite, YieldStar (preferred)
