About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct leasing, marketing and maintain positive resident relations
Create exceptional experiences by responding promptly to inquiries and creating personalized follow-up
Establish a positive relationship with both internal and external customers
Attract new residents through advertising, recording video tours of all vacant units
Manage the leasing process from first point of contact to move in
Actively engage in corporate outreach with existing corporate preferred employers
Identify and develop new relationships and opportunities through in-person visits
Participate in resident retention program and renewal process
Organize and conduct resident events
Consistently post engaging content to social media account
Commit to professional development and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in customer service or sales environment
Reliable transportation and valid Drivers License
