About the role
- Lead a team of legal professionals and direct their efforts in shaping the legal aspects of our product
- Manage our network of external legal partners when outside legal support is required
- Engage strategically with customers to translate their legal requirements into automated legal workflows
- Support the Customer Success team in client engagements and in developing new use cases
- Plan and oversee complex co-development projects from conception through implementation
- Support the Sales team by delivering demos and negotiating contracts
- Establish and continuously improve our professional services to ensure clients maximize the value of the Legartis solution
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law (or equivalent)
- Significant post-qualification experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Proven track record advising clients on contract review
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience supporting Sales teams through demos and contract negotiations
- Experience supporting Customer Success teams by assisting customers, identifying upsell opportunities and new use cases
- Strong interest in legal trends related to AI, machine learning, and GenAI prompting solutions
- Experience planning, managing, and executing complex projects
- Excellent legal communication and writing skills in German and English
- Additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus
