About the role

  • You own the full inbound sales cycle from the first discovery call through to close.
  • You convert qualified inbound leads (MQLs/SQLs) into paying customers.
  • You build strong relationships with decision-makers at SMEs and mid-market companies across the DACH region.
  • You consistently meet or exceed your annual quota.
  • You work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
  • You always represent Legartis professionally and credibly.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally working with SME and mid-market customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quota (membership in the Presidents Club 1–2 times or similar awards is required).
  • German is your native language and you have strong English skills.
  • You take a consultative sales approach and can explain complex solutions in simple terms.
  • You are energetic, coachable, and eager to progress into a Senior Account Executive role.
