About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join LegalVision’s Corporate practice group
Advise a diverse client base including start-ups, SMEs and larger corporates
Advise on sales and purchases of businesses, employee incentive schemes, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, business structuring, loans, corporate governance and not-for-profit matters
Manage corporate transactions end-to-end
Manage workflows, projects, competing deadlines and high-volume matters efficiently
Engage directly with clients
Provide practical, commercial advice
Build trusted client relationships
Explain complex legal issues clearly and pragmatically
Work alongside a team of lawyers to deliver quality work and an exceptional client experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4+ years of experience in a reputable law firm
Specific focus on general corporate, corporate advisory and/or M&A work
Experience efficiently managing workflows and projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong track record of managing transactions end-to-end
Ability to manage competing workflows and deadlines efficiently
Confident in direct client engagement
Ability to provide practical, commercial advice
Ability to build trusted client relationships
Ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and pragmatically
Commercially minded and solutions-focused
Experience managing people preferred
