About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare job advertisements and post via ATS and jobs boards as required.
  • Review applications and phone screen shortlisted candidates.
  • Arrange interviews and written exercises.
  • Extend offers to successful candidates and prepare/emails contracts.
  • Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Headhunt candidates on LinkedIn.
  • Conduct market research for salaries and recruitment strategies.
  • Communicate with new hires prior to their first day.
  • Arrange tech provisioning and organize inductions with hiring managers.
  • Check in with new hires post-onboarding to assess acclimation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years’ in-house or agency recruitment experience in a fast paced legal environment.
  • Additional experience recruiting for non-legal roles (e.g. sales, marketing) will be valued.
  • Confident operating in an end-to-end role and excited to embrace challenges.
  • Genuine love for recruitment and committed to improve candidate experience and internal processes.
  • Brilliant communicator and able to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Fast learner, quick thinker, and efficient worker.
