Talent Acquisition Consultant – Legal

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare job advertisements and post via ATS and jobs boards as required.
- Review applications and phone screen shortlisted candidates.
- Arrange interviews and written exercises.
- Extend offers to successful candidates and prepare/emails contracts.
- Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- Headhunt candidates on LinkedIn.
- Conduct market research for salaries and recruitment strategies.
- Communicate with new hires prior to their first day.
- Arrange tech provisioning and organize inductions with hiring managers.
- Check in with new hires post-onboarding to assess acclimation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-4 years’ in-house or agency recruitment experience in a fast paced legal environment.
- Additional experience recruiting for non-legal roles (e.g. sales, marketing) will be valued.
- Confident operating in an end-to-end role and excited to embrace challenges.
- Genuine love for recruitment and committed to improve candidate experience and internal processes.
- Brilliant communicator and able to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Fast learner, quick thinker, and efficient worker.
