Key responsibilities & impact

Shape and execute the DevOps roadmap aligned with engineering and business goals
Drive cloud infrastructure, automation, deployment, and platform reliability
Champion modern DevOps practices, AI-assisted engineering tools, and continuous improvement initiatives
Coach, mentor, and develop a collaborative DevOps team
Foster accountability, ownership, and continuous learning
Support career growth through regular coaching and technical leadership
Prioritize the DevOps backlog and balance operational work with long-term platform improvements
Remove delivery blockers and help engineering teams execute efficiently
Partner closely with Engineering leaders and stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives
Ensure production systems remain secure, scalable, and highly available
Lead incident response and root cause analysis
Continuously improve monitoring, deployment quality, and infrastructure resilience

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience leading technical teams in roles such as Team Lead, Engineering Manager, or Technical Manager
Strong hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Strong understanding of Linux, networking, monitoring, automation, and cloud-native operations
Experience implementing Agile practices and driving continuous improvement within engineering teams
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
