About the role
- Learn the business from the ground up, complete sales training program, and establish your own team of up to 15 sales representatives
- Manage growth, close deals, and direct day-to-day operations for a rapidly growing outbound sales team
- Assist in initial and ongoing training and development for the sales team
- Monitor calls, coach and mentor sales team members
- Provide leadership to influence, develop, and enable sales team to achieve monthly sales goals
- Drive individual and team sales results and hold team accountable
- Work in-office at the Reno, NV location on a Monday–Friday day schedule
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an inside sales environment or extensive outside sales management experience
- Ability in leading, coaching and mentoring employees
- Excellent oral/written and interpersonal communication skills
- Good administrative skills - must be proficient in Word and Excel
- Experience using CRM (Salesforce) preferred
- Strong inside sales background and sales management experience
- Detail oriented with strong focus on results
- Successful history of production in a goal-based environment
- Proven track record for managing successful sales team
- Ability to create a positive work environment by addressing staff concerns and providing acknowledgement/recognition
