About the role

  • Learn the business from the ground up, complete sales training program, and establish your own team of up to 15 sales representatives
  • Manage growth, close deals, and direct day-to-day operations for a rapidly growing outbound sales team
  • Assist in initial and ongoing training and development for the sales team
  • Monitor calls, coach and mentor sales team members
  • Provide leadership to influence, develop, and enable sales team to achieve monthly sales goals
  • Drive individual and team sales results and hold team accountable
  • Work in-office at the Reno, NV location on a Monday–Friday day schedule

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales environment or extensive outside sales management experience
  • Ability in leading, coaching and mentoring employees
  • Excellent oral/written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good administrative skills - must be proficient in Word and Excel
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce) preferred
  • Strong inside sales background and sales management experience
  • Detail oriented with strong focus on results
  • Successful history of production in a goal-based environment
  • Proven track record for managing successful sales team
  • Ability to create a positive work environment by addressing staff concerns and providing acknowledgement/recognition
