About the role

  • Define and communicate the product vision aligned with business goals and legal service objectives.
  • Maintain a roadmap that supports sales efficiency and account management excellence.
  • Partner with sales, account management, and other related business stakeholder teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring solutions meet user needs and compliance standards.
  • Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and ROI.
  • Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Oversee development stages, ensuring timely delivery of features that improve lead conversion, client onboarding, and attorney matching.
  • Validate completed work against defined criteria and ensure readiness for release.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Track KPIs such as case intake speed, attorney engagement, and client satisfaction.
  • Embrace agile principles, lead sprint planning, and participate in retrospectives.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or any similar role)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and in growth-focused development
