- Negotiating and documenting a high volume of investment contracts across our legal assets strategies.
- Working with investment colleagues to achieve business goals while managing legal risk.
- Ability to multitask and handle many deals simultaneously.
- Process orientated and able to evaluate and implement best practices across teams interacting with the legal function.
Requirements
- Undergraduate and law degrees, active bar admission
- 5+ years experience of transactional experience; credit and secured transaction experience highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality work product.
- Practical and commercial, able to prioritize business objectives while achieving legal goals.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfort working across functions while being a “team of one.”
- Prior sales experience is a strong plus.
