About the role
- Together with your team, you are the first point of contact for our clients
- Respond professionally to inquiries from clients of our partner insurers
- Handle inbound calls from our clients (no sales, no legal advice)
- Forward inquiries to the responsible attorneys for individual and expert handling
- Onboard new clients and support existing clients
- Identify clients’ needs and provide all relevant information about the process
- Carefully document and maintain the customer database in our case-management system
- Provide service-oriented advice and support to clients with their individual concerns
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent German
- Initial experience in customer service, vocational commercial training, or experience in the hospitality sector
- Reliability and a service-oriented mindset
