About the role
- Close collaboration with the management team and direct reporting to the COO
- Identification of strategic projects and KPIs to develop growth strategies and process improvements
- Maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders and work independently to set up new projects
- Support business development through data-driven analysis and controlling tasks to monitor and optimize company performance
- Identify data sources to develop and implement measurable operational dashboards
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
- Some professional experience in business development, ideally in a startup environment
- Fluent German (C1–C2) and strong English skills, both written and spoken
- Experience creating dashboards and reports in Tableau and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented, independent, and proactive working style
- Willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment
