Responsibility for developing and implementing the product strategy and product roadmap in close coordination with the Product Team Lead and management
Creation, prioritization and maintenance of user stories, product backlogs and release planning
Analysis of customer needs, market and competitive trends to continuously improve the IT platform
Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs to measure and optimize product success
Close collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders (including Engineering and Partner Management) to successfully implement the product strategy

Requirements

Business‑fluent German (C2) in spoken and written form and solid English skills
Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience (minimum 5 years) in product management or a comparable role
Proven experience in designing, developing and advancing software products in agile working environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Practical experience with CRM systems and a good understanding of data‑driven processes
Ideally, knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting
Strong expertise in Product Discovery and in identifying and validating user needs
Experience in developing, implementing and evolving product strategies and roadmaps
