Contribute to the ongoing development of our product strategy and the implementation of our product roadmap
Create, prioritize and maintain user stories, product backlogs and release plans
Analyze customer needs as well as market and competitive trends to further develop our platform
Support the definition and monitoring of relevant product KPIs
Work closely with Engineering, Partner Management and other stakeholders to successfully implement product features
Actively participate in product discovery processes to understand user problems and validate solutions

Requirements

Fluent German (C2) and good English skills
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Entry-level to several years of professional experience (approx. 3–5 years) in product management or a similar role
Experience in developing and enhancing software products in agile work environments (e.g., Scrum or Kanban)
Experience working with CRM systems and a solid understanding of data-driven product decisions
Basic knowledge of SQL or an interest in data-driven analysis is preferred
Understanding of product discovery methods and user-centered product development
