About the role
- Professional communication with external stakeholders, such as legal expense insurers and our partner network
- Independent handling and response to queries from insurers and partners
- Gathering, preparing and structuring information based on existing case files
- Continuous monitoring, maintenance and updating of documentation to ensure high data quality
- Close collaboration with internal teams to efficiently clarify matters
Requirements
- Business-fluent German (spoken and written)
- Completed commercial vocational training or initial experience in customer service or in the gastronomy/hospitality sector
- Availability: 40 hrs/week (Mon–Fri)
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and service-oriented manner
- Careful and reliable working style
- Professional interaction with clients/customers
- Quick to get up to speed on new topics
