About the role
- First point of contact for inquiries from clients of our partner insurance companies
- Handling inbound calls (no sales, no legal advice)
- Careful documentation and maintenance of data in the CRM system
- Forwarding and coordinating inquiries with the responsible lawyers
- Service-oriented support and information for new and existing customers throughout the entire process
Requirements
- Business-fluent German, spoken and written
- Completed commercial vocational training or initial experience in customer service or the gastronomy/hospitality sector
- Availability: 30–40 hours/week (Mon–Fri)
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace
- Soft skills
