About the role
- Further development of company planning (budget, forecast, medium-term planning) as a central management tool
- Build and use driver and scenario models to support strategic decisions
- Analyze business performance, variances and profitability, and derive concrete recommendations for action
- Develop and standardize control-relevant KPIs as well as management, board and investor reporting
- Prepare decision-ready analyses and materials for the CEO, CFO and management
- Work closely with business units and act as an active strategic sparring partner for leaders
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in Controlling, FP&A, Transaction Services or Strategy Finance
- Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, contribution margins and unit economics
- Experience building or further developing controlling/financial controlling structures
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; ideally experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
- Experience in scale-ups, SaaS, platform or project-driven business models
