Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the residential service industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service orientation.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus.
